Inspection & Diagnosis Fee: A mandatory inspection fee of ৳XXX is applicable if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair after the problem has been identified. If the service is accepted, this fee will be adjusted with the total bill.
Service Warranty: We provide a 20 to 30-day service warranty (depending on the type of repair). If the same issue recurs within this period, our team will rectify it free of charge.
Spare Parts Policy: The cost of any required spare parts (e.g., capacitors, motors, or compressors) is not included in the service charge. Parts warranties are subject to the specific terms provided by the manufacturer or supplier.
Labor & Safety Charges: For outdoor units installed in high-rise or high-risk areas, additional safety equipment charges (such as rope/harness fees) may apply to ensure the safety of our technicians.
On-Site vs. Lab Repair: While most repairs are done on-site, complex issues involving the PCB (Circuit Board) or major mechanical faults may require the component to be taken to our specialized lab. In such cases, a turnaround time of 24–48 hours is expected.
Refrigerant (Gas) Warranty: Gas charging performance is guaranteed only if the system is confirmed leak-free by our technicians. We do not provide a warranty on gas if the customer declines a recommended leak-repair service.
Client Verification: Customers are requested to test the AC’s performance thoroughly in the presence of the technician before signing off. ALL FIXED SERVICES is not liable for physical damages reported after the technician has left the premises.
Payment Terms: Payment must be cleared immediately upon completion of the service. We accept Cash, Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad), and Online Transfers. Always insist on an official digital or physical receipt.
